The Dynamicwork Ltd. strives to provide the customer with utmost satisfaction.
If you are not satisfied with a product, you may request a refund within 30 days
of your purchase date. Should you be dissatisfied with your purchase, you may
request a refund by e-mailing us a "Letter of Destruction" with the
following information.
* Your name
* Your loginID
* The specific Site or Sites you had a problem with
* The reason you are requesting your money back
All refunds will be issued to the credit card account that appears on the original
order. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Please be aware that if you are asking for a refund
after extensively using our site, downloading more than a few picture or movie
files, or have been a member for over a few hours, we may not refund your money.
We also will not refund money for simple reasons, such as the color of our membership
area or the set designs; the reason has to be more specific than a simple subjective
